When will my order ship?
Edition 001 pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Once your order is on its way, tracking information will be provided. Delivery times vary by destination and are separate from production time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available to many destinations.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because Edition 001 pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs so we can review it and make things right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Production can begin shortly after an order is placed, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If production has not begun, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Will Edition 001 be restocked?
Edition 001 is intentionally limited. Availability may change as pieces sell, and a restock is not guaranteed.
